SITXFSA005 Use hygienic practices for food safety

This unit of competency applies to food handlers who directly handle food or food contact surfaces such as cutlery, plates and bowls during the course of their daily work activities.

SIRRFSA001 Handle food safely in a retail environment (Food Safety Supervisor)

This unit of competency applies to individuals working in roles that involve the supervision of food handling.

Target Audience:  All Food Supervisors, Kitchen Supervisors, Events Supervisors, Retail Supervisors

FBP30121 Certificate III in Food Processing

This qualification reflects the role of individuals working as operators in a food processing environment responsible for overseeing all or part of a processing plant and related equipment. 

Target Audience: Packaging Technician, Dairy Process Operator, Quality Control, Food Processing Sales
