Your support request will be forwarded to your trainer who will then reach out to you directly.

You can also request to book in a confidential Zoom or Teams video conference. Please be aware that due to the high volume of students, video conference calls need to be scheduled according to trainer availability.
May take up to 5  business days for a reply.

External Support & Counselling Services

Lifeline – Crisis support and suicide prevention service - Ph: 131 114

NSW Mental Health Line – Access mental health professionals to assess whether you or the person you’re concerned about requires ongoing mental health care, and how urgently this is needed. Ph: 1800 011 511

Transcultural Mental Health Centre – Enabling individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds to access mental health support.

Beyond Blue – Support or information around depression and anxiety for yourself, a friend or a family member. Ph: 1300 22 4636

Link2Home - State-wide homelessness referral service. Ph 1800 152 152 

Alcohol and Drug Information Service - Information, support, and referral service for those impacted by alcohol and drug use. Ph: 1800 422 599

Twenty10 Gay and Lesbian Youth Services – Provides specialised services for LGBTQI young people 12 – 25 including housing, mental health, counselling, and social support. Ph: 1800 652 010

Australian Red Cross  - Emergency relief support for people, including those on temporary visas. Ph: 1800 733 276

Welfare Rights Centre - Support with Centrelink and social security matters for NSW residents. Ph: 1800 226 028

Kids Helpline – Free and confidential counselling service for 5–25-year old. Ph: 1800 55 1800
