Sales Executive - Sydney

About Your Role

As an ATS Sales Executive, you are the linchpin of our commercial success. Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, while collaborating with our Digital Marketing Manager, your core mission will be drive new client acquisitions and skyrocket our revenue!

What You’ll Do

Client Prospecting: Leverage cold calls, inbound leads, emails, and networking to uncover hidden opportunities.
Needs Assessment: Evaluate potential client training needs to offer tailored solutions.
Sales Closure: Negotiate, present proposals, and seal the deal to meet ambitious sales targets.
Data Management: Keep client information up-to-date via our state-of-the-art CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to optimise strategies and identify upsell opportunities.
Reporting: Submit periodic, accurate progress reports and contribute to our quarterly Sales Plan.

What We’re Looking For (Essential Selection Criteria)

Proven sales experience in an RTO setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in CRM systems
Hungry, self-motivated, results-driven
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Desirable: Knowledge of VET Quality Framework and Standards for RTOs 2015

Who We're Looking For

The Role You'll Play

As our Student Success and Administration Officer, you'll be an indispensable force within our dynamic team. You're not just a cog in the machine; you're the friendly face that greets students and employers alike. Working alongside trainers, assessors, and other Student Success Officers, you'll ensure that our services are in complete harmony with the VET Quality Framework, AQF standards, and the organisation's requirements.

Responsibilities

Act as a lifeline for students facing academic or administrative challenges.
Handle student and employer enquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain impeccable records and ensure accurate data entry in our Student Management System (VETtrak).
Monitor student progression and engage with at-risk students to help them succeed.
Contribute to timetabling and resource allocation for RTO programs.
Assist with accounts-related actions and collaborate on revenue collection.
Offer advisory support to students going through ATS Complaints and Appeals processes.

Reporting To

You will report directly to the Head of Student Success, but expect to collaborate extensively with trainers, assessors, and other departments within ATS.

Key Requirements (must have)

A commitment to exceptional customer service.
Proven experience in managing Student Management Systems, particularly VETtrak.
Experience working in an RTO setting.
Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
Ability to prioritise and manage your workload effectively.
Strong team player, willing to seek and provide help.

Trainer and Assessor - Driving Operations

About the position

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced trainer and assessor who wants to make a difference by supporting individuals to develop new industry skills and knowledge.

We are looking specifically for trainers and assessors to deliver training around the NSW Sydney Metropolitan and Greater Sydney region, for the following qualificationns.

TLI31222 - Certificate III in Driving Operations
TLI41321 - Certificate IV in Transport and Logistics

Main duties and responsibilities:

Plan and conduct face-to-face and online training (virtual classroom) sessions.
Provide academic support and mentoring for students
Assess students knowledge and skills against defined marking criteria
Record students participation, progress and assessment outcomes
Participate in professional development activities
Participate in validations and assessment moderation
Participating in course development and review processes, including Industry consultation group

To be considered for this role you must have:

TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher qualification in adult education.
Vocational competence in the qualifications being delivered.
Minimum 3 years of recent industry experience in transport and logistics - specifically commercial driving operations.
Evidence of professional development as a trainer and assessor.
Experience with online learning management systems (LMS).
Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivities when working with diverse groups of students.
Demonstrated understanding of the Principles of Assessment and Rules of Evidence.
Ideally you will also have experience in the development of training and assessment tools and strategies.
